Six levels of post-tensioned suspended slabs for a residential apartment development in Richmond. Each floor required precision formwork installation, complex reinforcement including post-tensioning ducts, and coordinated concrete pours to maintain the construction programme. We managed formwork cycling to keep three floors active simultaneously.
