Foundation work for the conversion of a heritage warehouse into commercial office space in Collingwood. The scope included underpinning the existing bluestone walls to new footing depths, constructing a new lift pit, and pouring a level ground floor slab over the uneven existing surface. All work was completed within the operational building with dust and noise management protocols.
