A full three-level basement construction for a mixed-use commercial development in Southbank. The site was bordered by a heritage-listed building requiring underpinning and a busy laneway with zero tolerance for encroachment. We designed a custom shoring system, poured waterproof concrete retaining walls to 12m depth, and delivered the shell on schedule despite challenging ground conditions.
